Amir Erez, CEO
As the CEO of the company, my role is to make sure we are always moving forward. My focus is on building new strategies to ensure the company can best serve its customers and employees in today's world and beyond. I’m also here to support the team, pushing us to achieve our highest potential. By creating a culture where our core values are at the forefront of everything we do, each team member reflects these values when interacting with our customers, fellow employees, and investors. In my 12 years of owning and managing businesses, I have always believed in an excellence approach, meaning anyone we come in contact with should receive the highest level of customer service. Apart from my second family at Fair Deal, I’m a husband, father, life learner, and health freak. I truly enjoy leading, inspiring, and building a great community. Peter Jilk, Home Buying Specialist
Peter is a long time Milwaukee resident and is a graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran High School and Wisconsin Lutheran College. He has been in real estate for many years in various roles including appraiser, mortgage broker, and construction sales. When he's not working, he enjoys the local sports teams Brewers, Bucks, and Packers, attending festivals and concerts, and time with family of course.
Erez Acuca, Restoration Division Executive
As the restoration division executive, Ezra's job is to lead our team and ensure the houses we purchase from our sellers are being transformed in an exceptional way. Ezra ensures our project managers and contractors do an outstanding job, creating a unique space for a new family to call home for years to come. He enjoys spending free time with his family and on various hobbies. Boating and off-roading to name a few! He's also a DIY guy. He loves taking on projects of all sizes, it’s his meditation. Albert Medrano, Administrative Assistant/Transactions Coordinator
Albert is the administrative assistant and is helping with the transaction coordination process. Albert helps our sellers with any questions they have regarding the closing process and makes sure you get all the information you need before closing. Albert loves to spend time with his family and friends and over the weekends, he is a video game fan.
Timothy Koutny, Home Buying Specialist
Tim is our Acquisitions Manager for SE Wisconsin and recently moved to Salem Lakes Area to be closer to his family. He likes the small town life for himself and his young son. He loves being outside and is not really into much of sitting on the couch. He always wants to be doing some little project and enjoys lots of sports activities with his son (primarily hockey, soccer, and baseball). He loves being out on the water anytime he can. Tim always strives to help people directly and wants to give his honest opinion on what he would recommend. He thinks this is a great business and enjoys meeting all different people and learning their stories.
Tim Mackey, Transaction Coordinator
Originally from Iowa, Tim has called Milwaukee home for the past 4 years post graduation from Iowa State University. In his spare time he enjoys being outside, hiking, kayaking, and staying active. Living in downtown Milwaukee, Tim and his fiance make a point to explore the various restaurants and bars the city has to offer. Tim has a passion for real estate and working with our clients to find what's best for them.
Tiffany Drahonovsky, Dispositions Manager
Tiffany is from Franklin, WI, where she lives with her son, Cruz, and boyfriend, Nate. Tiffany is passionate about real estate, travel, cars and dogs. She has worked in many areas in sales and sales leadership serving the real estate industry. She was the Real Estate Ad Sales Manager at the Journal Sentinel, Director of Sales and Service at efaucets.com, and is an investor, too!
After educating herself in investing through Tony Robbins events and Bigger Pockets, she made the leap and brought her enthusiasm and positivity to our team as Disposition Manager, making investing her full time gig. Tif and her family enjoy car shows, hiking with Faye, their dog, binging on Netflix, and hitting the gym.
Jan Erlich, Lead Manager
Jan Ehrlich, originally from Minnesota, joined our team as a Lead Intake Manager. She comes to us with 10 years experience in property management and more recently, in home acquisitions and real estate solutions. Jan loves to meet and get to know new people and is passionate about helping folks however she can. She knows that moving and selling a home can be one of the more stressful and challenging events in one’s life and it is her mission to help make this transition simple, comfortable and even fun! Jan spent 15 years as a director of youth and family outreach programs, Sunday school teacher and song leader, before venturing out into the corporate world to work as an executive assistant, event and conference planner and as a facility/property manager. In her free time, Jan loves to spend time outdoors hiking, walking the lakes, gardening and most importantly, enjoying quality time with family, friends, and her two lab puppies.
