Amir Erez
CEO
As the CEO of the company, my primary responsibility is to ensure continuous progress. I consistently develop strategies to provide our customers with the best possible service. Additionally, I take on the role of a team leader, offering support and motivation to help the team and myself reach our maximum potential. I also prioritize my physical well-being and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I'm committed to lifelong learning and am dedicated to my roles as a husband and father. I look forward to a positive working experience with you.
Peter Jilk - Home Buying Specialist
I’m Peter Jilk. I was born and bred in Milwaukee. Also, my last name rhymes with milk. And silk. But that’s not important. What’s important is I’ve worked in real estate for many years and in various roles. At Fair Deal, my job boils down to helping people. People come to us because they need to sell their home. But selling a home can be stressful. It feels good to simplify that process and help people solve their home-selling situation. In my free time I enjoy rooting for our local sports teams, attending festivals, concerts, and spending time with my family in our newly remodeled “family cave” in the basement.
Albert Medrano
Marketing Coordinator
I help the team in innumerable ways—from coordinating transactions, answering sellers’ questions about the closing process, to making lame jokes during meetings. (Just kidding; my jokes are funny.) After a long day of work in front of a computer screen, I like to play video games in front of a computer screen. To prevent my brain from turning into total mush, I make sure to spend quality time with my friends and family.

When people are looking to sell their home, oftentimes I am the first person they will talk to at Fair Deal. My job is to understand each person’s unique situation and pave the way for them to have an in-depth conversation with one of our Home Buying Specialists. In my spare time I love cooking, a skill I learned from my father who is an international chef from the Philippines who has traveled all over the world. I’m also one year shy of graduating from law school.

When I began working at Fair Deal, I didn’t just start a new job—I started a new career. Never would I have imagined my writing background would translate well in my role at Fair Deal, but it has! I really enjoy “interviewing” our clients and getting to know them as the unique, multidimensional people they are. It’s gratifying to help people find solutions to their home-selling situations. In my free time I love to read and learn. I have a passion for percussion and perform with a Brazilian samba percussion troupe. I also care for my menagerie of pets—domestic, aquatic, and exotic, i.e., reptiles!!!

As the Director of Program Management at Fair Deal Home Buyers, my focus is on leading company-wide initiatives and ensuring our internal systems, projects, and processes are aligned to create the smoothest experience possible for our sellers, partners, and team. I work closely with leadership and department heads to make sure we execute with clarity, accountability, and a constant eye toward improvement.
As we’ve grown, I’ve had the privilege of helping evolve how we work — from launching new systems to refining how our teams collaborate — all so that the process feels easy and seamless for you.
Outside of Fair Deal Home Buyers, I enjoy many things, such as: reading, eating appetizers over entrees, spending time with my friends and family, a good Netflix binge, playing pickleball, and traveling. I was born and raised in Wisconsin, so it’s deeply rewarding to know that our work directly contributes to the people and economy of my home state. As we say at my alma mater: “On Wisconsin!”

My job is to make sure the houses we purchase from our sellers are transformed into somebody’s future dream home. I oversee our project managers and contractors to help them create unique, outstanding living spaces that will last for years to come. I love spending time with my family and helping to raise my two young sons, which I think I’m getting good at. When I’m not working or parenting, I enjoy DIY projects of all sizes. Tinkering is like meditation to me. But enough about that. Let’s get to work!

I was a Transaction Coordinator (TC) for over five years. I’ve worked as a TC for companies in New Jersey, Illinois, and California. I have a passion for real estate and love scrolling through photos of renovated homes. One day I hope to own such a home! In my spare time I love watching anime, playing online games, and cruising the open roads with my motorcycle gang. Just kidding! I’m not in a gang, but I love riding with friends—as long as they don’t go too fast!

Our sale to FairDeal came at a time when we were struggling with our brothers unexpected death. Trying to clean his house after 40 years and finding it was in need of many repairs. We were not equipped to handle a timely sale!
FairDeal negotiated well and through the process held true to their promises to make the sale easier and efficient. Closing was straight forward and uncomplicated.
After Peter got things set up and I work with Baeza and she was very open to my problems or issues and took care of those almost immediately things were taken care of as we got closer to closing there was some unusual things happening and she settled that out and it didn't cost me anything out of the pocket just like they said. She definitely has the knowledge and understanding of what's going on with the program and how it works and how to reply to different real estate agents.
